The birth of your baby is an absolute miracle.

If you’re anything like me, you’re BUSY.

Running kids to school, sports, and appointments (unless this is your first!)… chasing your own goals and dreams… and even squeezing a workout in here and there. All that busy can fade memories of those precious details so quickly. Remember them forever with a beautiful birth story.

Hey, friend. Let me tell you about myself.

Hi, I’m Nina, a recovering news anchor who is learning to re-embrace curls and freckles after more than a decade of TV hair and makeup. I am obsessed with hearing and telling birth stories, I’m always carrying at least three beverages when I leave the house, I adore my four children, and it’s hard for me to go more than 48 hours without a killer workout. I love a good bargain, effortless fashion, and traveling, whether it be a family trip with the kids or just me and my husband.

I am a storyteller. For 15 years, I dedicated my life to shooting, writing, and editing the stories of my community as a news reporter. There is no bigger honor for me than being invited into someone’s life during a pivotal moment. Pair that experience with the passion I’ve found through my own parenthood journey for empowering women and here I am.

I love Jesus, a beautiful sunrise, making memories with my family, and opportunities to dress up. I truly am more comfortable in heels than flats and my forever age is 26.

I believe in trusting your gut, taking risks (as in a bright colored jumpsuit, not as much jumping out of planes), and that there is nothing more powerful than a confident woman.

Pure Michigan commercials make me cry and I’ll always love my home state, but Indiana is truly our home and I love the milder winters (Yes, it’s way better than Michigan) and have even embraced motorsports a bit!

“Our personalities clicked so well that when she entered my birth space she didn't feel like a stranger at all.”

AND A NICE THING SOMEONE SAID ABOUT ME:

“Nina was there every step of the way, coaching me, making sure I had everything I needed and worked well with everyone else in the delivery room.”
